    本公司本公司生产的陶瓷鲍尔环是一种优质高效的陶瓷填料,可有效改善塔内气液分布,由于其充分利用了环的内表面,从而使得填料塔内的气体和液体能够从窗体自由通过。这种瓷环是一种高度和直径相等的开孔环形填料,每层窗孔有3-5个(依具体尺寸而定)舌叶,每个舌叶内弯指向环心,上下两层窗孔的位置相反错开,一般开孔面积约占环壁总面积的30%左右,使得填料塔内的气体和液体能够从窗孔自由通过,改善了气液分布,充分利用了环的内表面。陶瓷鲍尔环具有优异的耐酸耐热性能,能耐多种无机酸、有机酸及有机溶剂腐蚀,可在各种高温场合使用,应用范围十分广泛,可用于化工、冶金、煤气、环保等行业的干燥塔、吸收塔、冷却塔、洗涤塔、再生塔等。
